Report on Reasons for Non-Renewal of Membership


(5.5) On 2 February 2004, Rudi Berkelhamer sent Carol Budd an Excel file with expired memberships. Carol sent a solicitation to 346 lapsed ABLE members (2000-2003) asking their reason for ABLE membership non-renewal. The 133 responses are summarized in Table 1.
