ABLE Dates & Deadlines
- April 30, 2024: Deadline for submission of Roberta Williams Laboratory Teaching Initiative Grant
- May 1, 2024 (tentative): Earlybird registration deadline for the ABLE 2024 conference
- June 1, 2024 (tentative): Registration deadline for the ABLE 2024 conference
- June 25-29, 2024: ABLE 2024 conference at the University of Maryland – College Park
- July 1, 2024: First day of the 2024-2025 ABLE membership year. Join or renew June 1-July 1 for full year benefits (note that membership is included with conference registration)
- August 15, 2024: Deadline to submit manuscripts to be included in Advances in Biology Laboratory Education, Volume 45
- October 31, 2024: Deadline for submission of Major Workshop proposals for ABLE 2025
- December 31, 2024: Deadline for proposals to present a Mini Workshop at ABLE 2025
- February 16, 2024: Priority deadline to propose a Poster for the ABLE 2025 conference (March 2 is the final deadline)
- March 1, 2025: Deadline to request a conference grant for ABLE 2025: A Jean Heitz Travel Award and/or a Charlie Drewes Waiver of Registration Grant
