Supplemental Materials
- Frog Lab Assignment [pdf]
- In-class laboratory assignment used in a 3rd-year undergraduate Animal Developmental Biology course. The assignment accompanies a hands-on activity using 3D plaster models and histological sections of Rana pipiens embryos. Students are asked to identify developmental stages, draw specific stages, and label embryonic axes, cell fates and embryonic structures in their drawings.
