I am seeking advise on cameras and set-ups to make videos to show students how specific laboratory procedures are performed.  I know this is no substitute for doing the real thing, but I plan to have students do everything they would normally do except conduct the experiments themselves.  I want to make videos of procedures they would have conducted if we had been face to face in the laboratory.  Does anyone have experience with this shooting the videos themselves?  Is a head mounted camera (like GoPro) the way to do this best?    Any advice would be welcome.  Larry Blumer
