ABLE Dates & Deadlines

• June 1, 2025: Registration deadline for the ABLE 2025 conference
• June 24-28, 2025: ABLE 2025 conference, University of Manitoba
• July 1, 2025: First day of the 2025-2026 ABLE membership year. Join or renew June 1-July 1 for full year benefits (note that membership is included with conference registration)
• August 15, 2025: Deadline to submit manuscripts to be included in Advances in Biology Laboratory Education, Volume 46
• October 31, 2025: Deadline for submission of Major Workshop proposals for ABLE 2026
• December 31, 2025: Deadline for proposals to present a Mini Workshop at ABLE 2026
• February 16, 2026: Priority deadline to propose a Poster for the ABLE 2026 conference (March 2 is the final deadline)
• March 1, 2026: Deadline to request a conference grant for ABLE 2026: A Jean Heitz Travel Award and/or a Charlie Drewes Waiver of Registration Grant
• April 30, 2026: Deadline for submission of Roberta Williams Laboratory Teaching Initiative Grant
• May 1, 2026: Earlybird registration deadline for the ABLE 2026 conference
