Organ Mountain chain

We welcomed ABLE participants to New Mexico State University, June 14-17 2011, for the 33rd annual Association for Biology Laboratory Education conference. New Mexico State University is located in the city of Las Cruces, in Southern New Mexico and is nestled between the Rio Grande River and the Organ Mountain chain in the Chihuahuan Desert. Our university is New Mexico’s land grant institution and was founded in 1888. Today, NMSU has a diverse student body and serves approximately 16,000 students.
