From I-8, take College Avenue exit and go south. San Diego State University will be on your right. If you are exiting I-8 East use the middle lane on the offramp. As you turn right onto College (heading south) immediately move to the left and get into the left-turn lanes. Stay in the right-most of the left turn lanes. Turn left at the signal and immediately turn right to enter the parking structure (PS1).

Park in the middle of the structure, on the lowest level, closest to the elevators. Look for signs guiding you to the BioScience center and the RABLE conference. Take the elevators to the 6th floor of the structure and follow the RABLE signs.

This map https://sunspot.sdsu.edu/map/display.cgi?scaleFrom=low&zoom=medium&zoomX=1016&zoomY=401 provides you with a zoomed view. If you place the library in the lower left of your frame the Life Sciences building and the adjacent BioScience center will be in the upper left corner and PS 1 will be in the lower right.

Parking on the day of the conference, Saturday the 12th of 2013, will be free in Parking Structure 1. Known as PS1, this is the 6-story structure just off of College Avenue near Interstate 8. You must park on the first floor. If you park anywhere else on campus you will probably be ticketed and may not be able to reach the Life Sciences building due to the many construction projects on and around campus.
