Abstract

Collecting data is often easier than determining what the data say. In this interactive workshop, participants will learn to use HHMI?s BioInteractive Data Explorer with existing datasets. In addition, participants will reflect on the common challenges instructors face when teaching students how to analyze, interpret, and present the data the students have collected. Participants will then work with Data Explorer using their own data or provided data sets. The session will conclude with attendees reflecting and discussing how to use Data Explorer within their own labs.
