Campus Housing

A. Campus Dormitories (0.5 mi; 10 min walk)

Participants will have the option of staying on campus in our South Hill Community dorms, located in the southeast corner of campus on Washington Quad. These will be suites with a common living area and shared bathroom, but each guest will have their own bedroom. Suites are air conditioned and accommodations include linens. Breakfast at the South Campus Dining Hall is included. The dorms are a short stumble from Dunkin’, Starbucks, and College Park restaurants. Guest access to the gym and pool will be available (details will be in the virtual binder).

Standard dorm reservations will check in on Tuesday afternoon and check out on Saturday morning. To accommodate alternate travel plans, Monday or Saturday night stays can be added to a reservation, but we cannot book shortened stays. People going on Saturday ELO’s will be able to leave luggage in a secure location on campus if not staying Saturday night.

Conference rates: A private bedroom in a shared suite is $460 for Tuesday-Friday nights, with additional nights Monday or Saturday at $115 each night. Garage parking will be available for $20/day. Dormitory and parking reservations will be made during conference registration. Guest gym access will be $10/day on-site. Preferences for single or mixed-gender suites and roommate requests can be indicated during registration. South Hill dormitories do not have elevators, but we can accommodate accessibility needs as requested.

More information including directions and parking will be posted closer to the start of the meeting.
